Cancellation Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-shows (missing the appointment 20+ minutes late without communication) will be charged 60% of the service and marked as no-show.
(Deposit amount will not be deducted from service total for no shows.)
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for each service booked. Deposits are non-refundable even when an appointment is canceled.
By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize any applicable fees to be charged to the card on file.
